After purchasing the Early Bird Package, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to upload your model file. Supported file formats include STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP/STP, GLB, GLTF, FBX, and WRL. For full-color models, OBJ and GLB are recommended.

No. Model modification services are not included in the Early Bird Package. We will evaluate your submitted model before printing. If the model does not meet the printing requirements and you are unable to modify it yourself, you may request a refund for the Early Bird Package.

Each eligible participant will receive one final printed sample based on one approved model.

After receiving your sample, if the print result does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the applicable feedback period. If you have already purchased a CJ270, the CJ270 and the $49 Early Bird Package can both be refunded in accordance with the applicable return terms. If the CJ270 is returned, the associated $49 Early Bird Package will also be refunded and its remaining benefits will end.

Please let us know whether the print result meets your expectations within 14 days of receiving your sample. If no feedback is received within this period, the remaining Early Bird Package benefits will be considered forfeited.

The CJ270 pre-order runs from September 9 to October 15 (Pacific Time). All eligible orders placed during this period will receive the exclusive pre-order price.

The first 100 units are scheduled to ship on October 15. Subsequent orders will be fulfilled in order of purchase and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping priority is determined automatically by order sequence, and no shipping batch selection is required.

All CJ270 units ordered during the pre-order period will be shipped by air. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week for the United States and 2 weeks for Europe after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics progress.

Yes. CJ270 can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. If your CJ270 purchase is associated with the $49 Early Bird Package and the printer is returned, the associated Early Bird Package will also be refunded and its remaining benefits will end.

CJ270 uses MJP (MultiJet Printing) technology combined with UV curing. It precisely jets and cures photosensitive resin layer by layer, combining CMYK, White, and Clear materials during printing to create full-color models with smooth gradients, subtle color transitions, fine surface details, and transparent effects.

Multicolor FDM creates color primarily by switching between different colored filaments, making it well suited for distinct color blocks. CJ270 uses precise material deposition and color mixing to produce smooth gradients, natural skin tones, subtle color transitions, and over 10 million colors without requiring a large collection of different colored filaments. DLP also uses photosensitive resin and UV curing, but typically cures an entire layer through projected light. CJ270 uses multiple printheads to jet and cure materials, combining fine detail, true full-color output, and transparent material capabilities in a single printing system.
